 Install the CKD, FUJIKIN Valves and Pressure Regulator in the main frames(GT,GT3,ST Main frames)  Install the various Controller Unit at the main frames  Install the Wafer Support in Geronimo main frames  Replace the oil seal and O rings in the pumps  Support the assembly team to complete the machine setup  To attend the Non-compliance issues

PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

 Responsible for allocated Machines and Machine Production  Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Production Machines  Prepare , coordinate , Review and Distribute Equipment engineering estimates in accordance with company Policy and Procedures  Carry out Machine Setups according to Production’s need  Preventive Maintenance(P.M) and Troubleshooting to maximize the Equipment’s uptime  Monitor , Maintains and perform a variety of complex repairs on Equipment to ensure uninterrupted Production flow  Perform as a Material Handler to support the supply chain  Write up and document all maintenance / Repair Report / Inspection Rejection Report (IRR)  Able to follow Quality Standards e.g:- ISO 9000, ISO 2000, ISO 14001, OSHAS18001 etc...

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

 Prepare the Planning and Scheduling for the Production  Responsible for all Machines , Production and Quality  Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Production Machines  Identify the source of the Technical problem and rectify with the help of technical manuals  Assemble , test and maintain mechanical components according to engineering instruction , technical manuals , and knowledge of electronics using hand and power tools  Maintain spare part for mechanical components in an orderly inventory  Conduct inspections to all mechanical equipment to ensure the functionality of machines  Performs periodic preventive maintenance and calibration of all mechanical and electronics equipment in the department  Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures , rules and regulations set  Conducting on the job training to all new hires
