PROJECT: STC FTTH Project Conduct site surveys for planning of new FTTH network and Pre project discussion and coordination with STC & Contractors. Submitting project work order with drawings, cost estimate and other documents to the management for approval. Calculated risks during project development and managed risks throughout projects. Coordinated project team of 5 engineers, 2 designers and 2 surveyors for FTTH projects in commercial and industrial development. Prepare Point to point connectivity solutions including plan, design, drawings, BOQ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that required materials and resources are delivered and available on time. Monitor day to day progress on contractors work for Installation & Implementation of FTTH networks (civil & cable jobs up to drop fiber, fiber termination, installation of FDT etc.) for maintaining quality of service & STC standards. Carry out site inspection in coordination with Clients & consultants to ensure projects deliverables are carried out according to the design and with agreed level of quality. Validate & prepare any amendment\'s required to original design and Inspect and validate the optical budget of each feeder area. Submit detail implementation schedule along with any variation expected to initial Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Check that the received as-built drawings are aligned with the original plans and the issued amendments and preparing Red line drawing. Supervise the designer updating OSP data using NE Tool for STC. Attend any queries from the vendor/contractor team. Giving feedback to the contractors on project progress and issues on site. Perform PAT with STC Handover Teams through inspection as per guidelines of STC. Performance test of fiber network using OTDR, Power meter etc. and resolve all testing issues like high loss, no signal etc. Create and updating the GT (granite) and Verifications of ODF design including Port/ODF allocation, Check and validate FTTH main feeder routes, Splitter boundaries and Distribution Cable Routing. Variation in design updated in NE tool and submitted for approval. Perform work order close with joint visit with consultant in PMCS/eQAIT and scanning all QR for material , installed length of fiber cable and installed OSB/ODB/FTB, joint estimation of all material installed in site as per design. Following invoice through NFTS.

Positioned correctly all CCTV cameras in the site for proper recording and assured all areas in the facility is covered. Assured that all CCTV in the facility are running in good working conditions. Repaired CCTV cameras on site. Proper communication with teams and discussed the site issues and rectify.

Plan and carry out RF drive test by using TEMS Investigator and Q-Voice. Perform antenna system test (VSWR and DTF) - sweep test for 900/1800 MHZ antennas using Anritsu Site Master.
