The earlier focus was on cost-cutting but the game has changed everyone can do cost-cutting but if you have better result-oriented resources then you can generate more revenue. Let’s say if you hire an average employee whose selling capability is normal and if you hire a better employee whose selling capability is better than the average employee, then the one with better selling capability can generate more revenue.
